Graduate engineer reporting directly to the Operations Director and Assistant Managing Director. Responsibilities included diffusion of business improvement techniques and associated activities, 5S coordinator, Denso IDEAS coordinator, Quality circles, variety of project work.

Projects included; improving efficiency of a manufacturing cells & reduction manpower, leak & scrap reduction, introduction of a high-volume module assembly line to increase production capacity from 400 p/day to 630 p/day.
